Return Process
Customers need to contact customer service via email within 15 working days from the date of receipt and complete the request before mailing out the return parcel. Failure to do so may result in rejection of your request. Include your order number in the email to expedite processing.
- Destipower refunds will not include transaction fees charged by the original payment method.
- Customers are responsible for self-returning the product. Round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Return Conditions
Returns will only be accepted if the following requirements are met:
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with price tags intact and proof of purchase attached.
- Products must not have undergone any form of size adjustment (e.g., adding/removing beads).
- Products must not have been customized by Destipower.
- Products must not have been modified, serviced, or repaired by any party other than Destipower.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
- Parcels returned due to recipient’s refusal to accept delivery or failure to pay applicable duties/taxes at the destination country.
- Change of mind or no longer needing the item (including delayed delivery beyond the expected timeframe).
Size Adjustment & Exchange Policy
- All bracelet sizes are customized based on the wrist measurements provided by customers during online orders. Do not provide external bracelet dimensions.
- If your bracelet does not fit, we include adjustment tools (strings and accessories) with every shipment for customers to resize it themselves.
Final Interpretation
Destipower reserves the right to reject any return/exchange requests that violate this policy or involve products in unsatisfactory condition. Non-compliant products will not be eligible for refunds.
